At Mysterious, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase, so if a piece doesn't fit your aesthetic, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all mystical packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Mysterious branded box to ensure they are protected during their journey back to us.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our artisans verify the contents.
